Data Entry Process
Our data entry department is staffed with seasoned professionals. Our data entry operators average more than five years experience doing data entry and processing work. And all of our supervisors have been managing data processing projects for over ten years.
We take pride in the accuracy of the data we deliver. Our quality control procedures have been developed through our many years of data entry experience. We know the best practices and we follow them assiduously. The result is highly accurate data.
Our Data Entry Process
We begin every project with a consultation with the client to develop the project requirements. Following this consultation, we issue a project manual and a sample of the data we will deliver. Once the client approves of the sample data and the project manual, we begin the project.
During the project we follow time-tested quality control procedures to
deliver output which strictly adheres to the specified project requirements.
And whenever we come upon any issues not covered by the project manual,
we contact the client for feedback and resolution. All decisions are added
to the project manual.
